Lethal Honor: Order of the Apocalypse is a challenging action–adventure roguelike with a dense, sinister atmosphere inspired by hand-painted gothic graphic novels. On the brink of extinction, the agents of Lethal Honor are humanity’s last line of defense against demonic forces that threaten to devour what remains of our world.

Relentless, demanding, and brutal combat

You play as an agent of Lethal Honor, an organization dedicated to investigating and eradicating paranormal phenomena around the globe. With the help of Aida Leone, a brilliant scientist within the organization, the agent must withstand a relentless demonic siege on one of Lethal Honor’s most critical research facilities, on Wolf Island. An ancient evil is about to awaken—and with it, the end of times.

Throughout the mission, you’ll rescue survivors who will join Aida to reinforce the defense and launch counterattacks against the infernal offensive.

Each procedurally generated incursion features fast, precise, and visceral combat—melee fighting combined with dozens of special abilities you can tailor to your playstyle. Every room offers unique challenges, rewards, items, and modifiers that reshape your capabilities and open up fresh builds.

At the end of each zone, a formidable boss awaits—ready to push even veteran players to the limit. Defeating them grants powerful rewards that Aida and her team can use to bolster resources and support the agent in future runs.

A mature story, steeped in mystery

Across its missions, the game delivers a mature, introspective narrative set in a world on the verge of collapse. Characters confront not only external horrors but their own inner demons. In Lethal Honor, no agent is a hero. Each one bears a past, mistakes—and the price they must pay to earn redemption.

The art direction pays homage to dark-fantasy American comics, drawing inspiration from artists like Mike Mignola, Duncan Fegredo, and Gerardo Zaffino. Every sequence and story beat comes to life through carefully illustrated animated comics, crafting a singular visual experience. With masterful toon shading and meticulous lighting, the game reaches top-tier visual quality—standing shoulder to shoulder with genre heavyweights.

After long and intense years of development, Lethal Honor: Order of the Apocalypse launches on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
